We did it!!

Can't believe we actually did it! We bought a yacht. Not a jeep...a yacht!! Well, Pete did it - I've had pretty much nothing to do with it other than smile and nod and do all the bloody paperwork...

My love, my hero, my pain in the (whoops, sorry, I digressed), the man I most admire in the world has gone to the ends of the earth to find the most amazing sailing boat I could ever imagine us owning. It will be a life long dream come true for Pete and a long awaited adventure for Ayla and me to be floating around some of the most divine places in the world in gorgeously warm weather and sandy beaches galore. Yes, there'll never be any bad weather - it will all be just pure fine weather sailing. Who am I kidding? I've just witnessed all the wet weather gear he's purchased - looks like he's off skiing??

Anyway, back to work and my studies - it's still a long way away for when I set sail for warmer waters...but here she is!
